📝 Job Description:
- As a QA Engineer with 1–2 years of experience in manual testing, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of web and mobile applications.
- You will collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality, defect-free products.
- This role requires strong attention to detail, a structured testing approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Understand business and technical requirements and design detailed test scenarios and test cases covering functional and edge cases.
- Perform end-to-end manual testing of web and mobile (Android and iOS) applications across various user flows.
- Execute functional, UI, usability, regression, smoke, and sanity testing to ensure product quality across releases.
- Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing across different environments, screen sizes, and operating systems.
- Validate mobile-specific functionalities such as installation, upgrades, permissions, push notifications, gestures, and network conditions.
- Perform manual API testing using Postman, validating request-response structures, status codes, headers, and authentication.
- Identify, log, track, and verify defects using bug tracking tools, ensuring proper documentation and closure.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to reproduce issues, clarify requirements, and improve product quality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Experience in test case creation and defect reporting.
- Hands-on experience in manual testing (Web & Mobile).
- Basic knowledge of API testing using Postman.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills.
Good to Have:
- Basic knowledge of SQL.
- Familiarity with mobile testing (Android/iOS).
- Experience with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps,
