Job Description:
- In Dell, as an Apprentice, you will learn to perform departmental tasks and activities and other related duties as required by the business.
- Gain hands-on exposure to industry best practices by following standard operating procedures and putting your interpersonal skills and basic computer knowledge to practical use.
- Assist & Support Direct Sales Account Managers in their day-to-day activities
- Maintain good business relationships with customers by addressing their queries & concerns during pre-sales & post sales requirements (Documents/Quotes submission, Order processing, Delivery tracking, Installation arrangement, Escalations management, coordination with support functions, etc)
- Manage inbound sales leads by telephone, web or email & do cold calling for leads generation
Requirements:
- B.E / B Tech / BCA / B.Sc (2021/2022 pass outs only)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team and customer-facing environment
- Monday to Thursday regular hours. Friday – flexibility to work past 8 PM as per business need
