Job Description:
- Assist in the onboarding process, including preparing offer letters, contracts, and other necessary documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Support the HR team in organizing and conducting employee orientation and training programs.
- Assist in the administration of benefits, including enrollments and claims processing.
- Assist in the coordination of employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide general HR information as needed.
- Support the HR team in various projects, such as policy implementation and process improvements.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information
Eligibility:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)., s
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build effective relationships with stakeholders.
