Job description:
- Attend training sessions and develop self-capabilities on an ongoing basis
- Customer satisfaction to recognize timelines and qualities in the published output
- Timely and high-quality completion of cases, according to established objectives
- Support internal systems, methods and procedures to maintain compliance
- Understanding of client KPI & CPI requirements
- Ensures all the records and documents are maintained as per organizational requirements

- Importance of login hours and schedule adherence
