Job Description:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using TW-Basic Config Generative AI and Trackwise On-prem.
- Develop configure and maintain Trackwise On-prem systems to ensure optimal performance and alignment with organizational goals.
- Implement Generative AI solutions to enhance decision-making processes and improve operational efficiency in manufacturing and supply chain domains.
- Provide technical expertise in TW-Basic Config to streamline workflows and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of system configurations to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement to enhance overall productivity.
- Document technical processes configurations and solutions to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for future reference.
- Train and support end-users to ensure effective utilization of implemented systems and solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in manufacturing and supply chain operations.
- Ensure seamless integration of technical solutions with existing systems to minimize disruptions and maximize efficiency.
