Job Description:
- Eligibility – + 2 / Graduate / Post – Graduate .
- Package – Freshers – Up to 2.56 LPA .
- Experience – Max 3 LPA .
- Shifts – Should be flexible with Rotational Shifts / Night Shift .
- Working:- 5 days /2 ( Rotational Week off) .
- We are looking out for candidates who can join immediately.
- Transport way transportation is provided only for nights shift.
- Should have Excellent Communication Skills in English and Hindi
Responsibilities:
- The agent should be responsible for answering queries and assisting customers
- Should be pro-active to understand the customer’s concern.
- Should be patient enough to handle multiple questions asked by the customer.
- Identifying and analyzing customer needs and providing support to customers in an accurate way so that they will get a better experience
Requirements:
- Able to handle queries from customers in a professional, clear and concise manner.
- Excellent English and Hindi communication skills,
- Ability to work in night shifts
