Job Description :
- Capgemini is hiring for Customer service profile.
- Should have 0 to 6 months of experience in International Voice process preferably Banking
- Should possess good listening skills to understand customers requirement over the phone
- Clarify and confirm the customer requirements or problem in a minimal time frame
- Ability to handle customer escalations
- Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work independently, Critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
- Should have great interpersonal skills and ability to perform under pressure
- Comfortable working in Night shift
- Salary: Rs. 2,00,000 – 2,25,000/- per annum
Skills :
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Should be a good team player & Should be able to exceed defined SLA’s
- Should possess Knowledge of basic computer operations
