Job Description:
- Maintain and update accounting records and financial transactions.
- Process invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries.
- Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Perform bank reconciliations and verify financial data accuracy.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, spreadsheets, and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments and vendors regarding financial queries.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records.
- Support audits by providing required documents and information.
Skills:
- Knowledge of accounting fundamentals and bookkeeping.
- Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge of Tally ERP, SAP, Oracle, or other accounting software is preferred.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a deadline-driven environment.
