Job Description:
- Ensuring higher NPS, CSAT and fastest resolution
- Driving customer engagement across Pan India for all BYJUs products
- Building a strong culture of user-first thinking and fast-paced customer resolutions
- Working with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure a flawless customer experience
- Understanding all BYJUS Products, their features, functions and solutions and demonstrate the same to our customers
- Staying up-to-date with customer feedback coming through different channels
- Identifying and addressing customer needs & issues, solving them by providing priority support and taking end-to-end ownership
- Driving customer satisfaction through regular communications, issue resolution and seamless experience
- Analyze and strategize to bring insights to enhance our products, services and customer experience
- CTC: Up to 20 LPA
