Job Description:
- Own and manage the functional & non-functional testing activities end to end, taking responsibility for the team, setting realistic expectations, and delivering on them.
- Manage multiple deliveries at project and program levels simultaneously.
- Build efficiency in testing and continuous improvement of test methods, techniques, and processes.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive test automation strategy, processes, and procedures for data-related applications and systems.
- Design and implement functional and non-functional test automation frameworks.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce test execution time and increase test accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, data engineers, and data scientists, to ensure effective test coverage.
Requirements:
- Experienced in Complex Deliveries
- Strong communication skills – ability to communicate in a clear and concise fashion
- Self-motivated and results focused
- Ability to meet/exceed targets and work under pressure to achieve migration targets
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in test automation, particularly within the data domain
- The minimum educational qualification required for this role is Bachelor
