Job Description:
- Technical leadership and delivery.
- Line management provides mentoring, leadership, and support across the team.
- Contributing across the PB Technology function as a member of the CLM team.
- Participate in agile ceremonies providing story points and estimates for tasks.
- Create wireframes for mini-apps-based solutions.
- Develops high-level, mock-ups, and prototypes to effectively design ideas.
- Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Enterprise Wide Risk Management Framework, and internal Barclays Policies and Policy Standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the application support teams to ensure effective delivery of projects into the production environment.
- Contribute towards code review and quality of the artifacts.
Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification – B.E. / B. Tech or equivalent.
- Creates innovative solutions for a wide variety of product design challenges, including mobile, and desktop.
- Leads the design for new experiences and improvements of existing experiences. Can solve complex problems by designing or modifying technology architecture.
- Very good knowledge of industry tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Zeplin, OmniGraffle, etc.
- Quickly iterates on multiple interactive design solutions and works through details.
- Develops high-level, mock-ups, and prototypes to effectively design ideas.
- Works alongside engineers and product managers throughout all stages of the production cycle.
- Develops and maintains detailed user interface specifications.
- Presents design work to multiple teams and senior leadership for review and feedback.
- Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills; collaborate across pods and with the larger UX team for pattern consistency.
- Strong knowledge of CSS, HTML, Angular, and React JS.
- Excellent communication, and presentation skills.
