📝 Job Description:
- We are looking for an Associate Manager – Technology with strong DevOps and AWS experience to lead a team responsible for cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and production reliability.
- The role involves hands-on technical leadership, automation, and stakeholder collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a DevOps/Platform team (6–10 members).
- Design, build, and manage AWS infrastructure (EC2, EKS/ECS, VPC, RDS, S3, IAM).
- Own CI/CD pipelines and release automation.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform/CloudFormation.
- Ensure high availability, monitoring, incident management, and RCA.
- Drive security best practices and cloud cost optimization.
- Collaborate with engineering, security, and architecture teams.
Skills:
- Strong hands-on AWS experience.
- DevOps tools: Jenkins/GitHub Actions/GitLab CI, Docker, Kubernetes (EKS).
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred).
- Linux, Git, scripting (Python/Bash).
- Monitoring and logging (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
