📝 Job Description:
You are a Campus Associate –
- Translate business needs into long-term architecture solutions in key data areas for syndicated, point of sale and indirect trade data
- Define, design, and help architect solution and coordinating and communicating with GIT Teams for implementation
- Define, design, and build data models for use by the business
- Evaluate reusability of current data for additional analyses
- Review object and data models and the metadata repository to structure the data for better management and quicker access
- Define how the data is stored, consumed, coordinated and led by different data entities and IT systems.
- Engage with the data management team in best practices for data sourcing, key data elements, data quality management and metadata.
- Engage with the data warehousing team in the migration to cloud warehousing
- Provide data initiatives, evaluations, and mentorship with projects in accordance to our corporate guidelines.
- Build expertise in diverse and emerging technologies and new architectural concepts and principles.

- Support day to day business requirements according to global SLA
- Ensure the proper use of information technology project management methodology to align with governance practices
You are a collaborator –
- Collaborate with business / functional team, develop detailed plans and accurate estimates for completion of build, system testing and implementation of project
- Mentor and coach junior developer resources
You are an innovator –
- Conduct performance tuning to improve system performance over multiple business processes
- Stay updated with the latest technological advancement. Adapt to these changes by self-training and research work and evaluate how / where it can add value to the business
- Build expertise in diverse and emerging technologies and new architectural concepts and principles.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- 0 or 1+ years professional experience as a data analyst, analytics / data platform engineer, data engineer, or related role developing conceptual, logical, and preliminary physical models for an enterprise
- Experience working with cloud data warehousing (e.g.- Snowflake, BigQuery)
- Experience with programming languages like SQL, Python, etc.
- Experience working with cloud environments (e.g.- GCP, AWS).
- Good Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Willingness to gain training/certification in designated technologies.
Skills:
- Database architecture and data warehousing experience
- GitHub, Terraform tools knowledge
- Project management
- Experience with containerization technologies (e.g.- Docker, Kubernetes)
