Job Description:

- Tech Mahindra is hiring for Customer Support Associate, Inbound Voice Process
- Shift timings:Day Shift (Rotational)
- Any time between (8AM-9PM), 10 Hrs Shift
- We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for a blended process role.
- The candidate will handle both voice and non-voice interactions to provide excellent customer support.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Address and resolve customer queries, issues, and concerns with empathy and accuracy.
- Provide product/service information and support.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A customer-centric attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.
- Graduates can only attend the interview.
- Good English communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Candidates from Mumbai location will be preferred.
Salary Structure:
- Freshers: 17,000 in-hand per month
- Experienced: 20,000 in-hand per month
