Job Description:
- Provide support and resolve issues via call and other electronic communication.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Rendering services to customers and ensuring satisfactory.
- Rotational US Shifts(Midnight shifts as well)
- 5 days working; 2 rotational week offs (No fixed off on Saturday and Sunday)
- Students pursuing studies through regular college are not eligible.
- Educational certificates are mandatory.
- Must be flexible to work from office.
- Salary Structure: 23k- 40k(Take home after deductions)
