Job Description:
- Customer Support Associate (L2).
- Have to resolute customers query Voice Call
- Min HS Passed.
- Fresher & experienced both can apply
- Excellent verbal communication skill in English & Hindi without major MTI for Voice process
- Should have not applied for any Flipkart interview in last 3 month
- Customer orientation.
- Ready to work in 24/7 Shifts
- No planned leave for upcoming 3 month after joining
- 10 hours 30 min of the day, 9 hours 15 min work and 1 hour break
- Should have a typing speed of 30WPM with 90% accuracy
- 5 Days working and 2 days rotational week offs.
Interview Structure:
- HR round – General check.
- Typing Test
- OPS round – General Check
- Voice Versant (V4 and above)
- PMAP
- Client Round – Video Call
Payouts:
- Salary for minimum 6 months experience candidate – 220,000 LPA, 16.200 K/Month.
- Fresher- 212,000 LPA, 15.603 K/ Month.
- Salary for Apprentice (Complete Fresher & doesn’t have any PF account) 192,100 LPA, 16,008 k/Month.
- 100% fixed salary
- Pick up or drop for odd shifts
