Job Description:
- International Voice Process
- 5 Days Working (Rotational Shifts)
- Rotational Week-Offs
- 2-Way Cab (Available only during Night Shifts)
- 6 Days of Training (No prior experience needed)
- No Interviews on Saturdays & Sundays!
Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Handle inbound/outbound calls and assist customers with their queries and concerns.
- Communication: Speak clearly and professionally to provide great service to international clients.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Customer Support: Offer a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring all issues are addressed effectively.
Skills:
- Good Communication Skills in English (both spoken and written)
- Willingness to work with international clients and in rotational shifts
