Job Description:
- Role: Customer Support.
- Industry Type- BPO.
- Employment Type-Full Time, Permanent.
- Education Qualification- Intermediate or Any Graduation.
- Work Location: Secunderabad.Ohiris tower (Work from Office)
- 6 Days Working (Rotational Week Off)
- Pure dayshifts only.
- CTC Freshers- 160400 LPA (Telugu)
- CTC Experienced- 167247 LPA (Tamil / Kannada /Malayalam) , (Malayalam) 212247 LPA (6 Months exp)
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls and provide information.
- Explaining about products.
- Handling calls related to quires, survey and feedback.
- Handling enquiry and service calls.
- Have to solve the queries or the problems of the customers.
Skills:
- Basic English and good communication skills in Kannada, Malayalam & Tamil (Any One Language)
- Freshers and experienced can apply.
- Sales experience would be an advantage.
- Candidate should be willing to work from office.
