Job Description:
- Process Improvement: Assist in analysing and improving operational processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Data Analysis: Collect, analyse, and interpret operational data to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
- Project Support: Support the planning and execution of operational projects, including coordinating resources, tracking progress, and reporting on outcomes.
- Documentation: Help create and maintain operational documentation, including process manuals, standard operating procedures, and project reports.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., Finance, HR, IT) to ensure alignment and effective execution of operational initiatives.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in generating reports to evaluate operational performance.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with various administrative tasks related to operations, such as scheduling meetings, managing communication, and organizing documents.
- Problem Solving: Identify operational issues and work with the team to develop and implement solutions.
- Training and Support: Provide support to team members and assist in training new employees on operational processes and systems.
Requirements:
- Recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
