Responsibilities:
- Working on the moderation of the listings and making sure > 98% accuracy is maintained
- Making sure the listing are completed within the defined SLA/TAT time
- Should be able to work independently and understand his/her performance metrics
- Track his/her own performance need improvise based on the business requirement
- Should be able to manage his / her own performance
- Need to be very judgmental in order to make sure that the correct information updated on the map front
- Should be focused to achieve 100% user satisfaction and zero client or customer escalations
Eligibility:
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in reading & speaking English
- Should be proficient with computers and MS office
- Should be able to type 30 words per minute with preferred language
- Should have fair knowledge above navigation on Google Maps & Geography
- Should be able to identify the area of Opportunity and bring it to the notice of the supervisor
- Should be able to work in different shifts and locals depending on the business requirement
- Should be able to apply the theoretical knowledge into practice
