Job Description:
- Immediate Hiring for International Chat Process
- Interview/Work Location: [24]7.ai Pvt Ltd, Ground Floor, NSL SEZ, Survey 1, Plot 6, NSL Arena Internal Rd, IDA Uppal, Habsiguda, Hyderabad, Telangana 500039
- The primary role of an agent is to provide service to the customer over a chat and provide resolution accordingly.
- Rotational US Shifts(Midnight shifts Login)
- 5 days working; 2 rotational week offs (No fixed off on Saturday and Sunday)
- Students pursuing studies through regular college are not eligible.
- Educational certificates are mandatory.
- Must be flexible to work from office.
- CTC: 12000/- to 15000/- (Take Home Salary After All Deductions)
Skills:
- PUC / Intermediate/ 10+3 (Diploma) / Graduation
- Provide support and resolve issues via chat and other electronic communication.
- Good written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Rendering services to customers and ensuring satisfactory.
