Job Description:
- Language Proficiency: (Excellent English communication)
- Fluent in verbal and written English with a neutral accent, suitable for global communication.
- Strong grasp of English grammar, sentence structure, and vocabulary to ensure clarity and professionalism across all channels.
- Channel Flexibility and Adaptability:
- Fully trained and able to seamlessly operate across email, chat, and voice support
- Ability to switch between channels based on business needs while maintaining quality and tone consistency.
- Customer Handling Skills:
- Demonstrated active listening, empathy, and customer-first approach.
- Skilled in Customer support and Issue resolution and managing sensitive or complex customer scenarios.
- Communication & Documentation.
- Exceptional written communication skill tailored for email and chat, with proper grammar, tone, and formatting.
- Accurate and timely documentation of customer interactions in support systems.
- Analytical Thinking & Problem solving:
- Ability to understand customer content, identify issues, and provide effective and timely solutions.
