Job Description:
- Customer relationship administration
- Meeting Customer’s expectations / targets / metrics / Key Performance Indicators
- Usage of the Customer’s tools / Follow up of the Customer’s processes & procedures
- Management of all incoming requests.
- Management of the backlog
- Addressing all verbal requests and complaints received from the Customer
- Process improvements proposals / implementation
- Manages Customer relationship through providing daily operational support
- Keeps Customer informed of progress at all stages
Requirements:
- Should be a graduate with all the educational documents in place.
- Should be comfortable with Night Shift and Work from office.
- Should be staying within the cab boundary of 25 KMS from Wipro Salt Lake Sec – 5
- Should have all the employment proof as a supporting documents.
- Should have mandatory govt id proof PAN, Aadhar and Voter ID.
Skills:
- Computer (internet, MS Office package)
- Good command of English (both written & spoken)
- Customer relations management
- Very good verbal communication skills
