Job Description:
- Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information on products/services to customers through effective communication skills.
- Utilize blended process knowledge to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high-quality service standards.
- Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Requirements:
- Fresher with knowledge of BPO industry.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) in English language.
- Strong interpersonal skills for handling customer queries effectively.
- Ability to work on blended processes for efficient query resolution.
- 5 days working and any 2-week offs
- Should be flexible with night shifts.
