Job Description:
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting our product to resolve our customers’ technical issues.
- You will support the customer by acting as the liaison between the customer and other internal teams. Your ability to work in complex networking environments will also make you an ideal candidate.
- Manage and address electronic tickets efficiently
Skills:
- The minimum qualification should be graduation or 10th + 12th + 3yrs Diploma.
- We are hiring freshers as well as relevant experienced candidates.
- Location: Kolkata (WORK FROM OFFICE).
- Rotation shifts 24*7.
- 5 working days & 2 rotational weeks off.
