Accounting & Finance Support
- Perform day-to-day accounting activities for client entities under established procedures
- Maintain GL-level accounting for expenses, cash, intercompany balances and financing activities
- Prepare and review reconciliations, including cash, intercompany balances and loan-related movements
- Prepare support files for financial statements and contribute to financial analysis
Cash & Payment process
- Prepare payment support files and coordinate payment execution with onshore teams • Monitor cash positions and contribute to cash forecasting and liquidity tracking
- Follow up on payment status and investigate discrepancies
Reporting, Controls & Data Quality
- Own and maintain finance trackers and control files
- Prepare periodic management reports and ad-hoc financial analyses
- Ensure accuracy, completeness and consistency of financial data
Corporate & Cross-Team Coordination
- Prepare corporate documentation and internal approvals related to finance activities
- Liaise directly with onshore finance teams to collect, clarify and validate information
- Contribute actively to process improvements and documentation updates
Ownership & Team Contribution
- Take ownership of recurring finance processes within the assigned scope
- Act as a first-level point of contact for operational finance topics within the COE
- Support and guide junior team members (e.g. Management Trainees) when required
