Job Description:
- Should be good in communication skills to handle client-facing roles.
- Knowledge of salesforce, and service cloud is a must.
- It should be sound technically in Selenium and Java for automation consultations and requirements.
- Should have good knowledge of testing concepts like SDLC, Agile methodology, and STLC.
- Should be having an experience in Automation for salesforce and team handling for at least 4-5 members.
- Should be able to understand the requirements clearly and pass on to help and guide junior team members in understanding and executing test scenarios.
- Should be able to communicate well internally in the team as well as externally with other teams and stakeholders to understand and convey the relevant information related to any defect or requirement.
- Knowledge of defect tracking tools like JIRA and API tools like Postman is an add-on.
