Job Description:
- Skilling on all voice and back-office queues as per requirement.
- Good typing speed.
- Good computer navigational skills and familiarity with MS Office.
- Should have good customer service skills
- Understand customer queries/requests and act accordingly.
- Maintain a healthy and clean work environment.
- Update knowledge of the process on a regular basis.
- Inbound / Outbound interaction with clients.
- 5 days working and any 2-week offs.
- Should be flexible in 24*7 shifts.
- Should be within Transport Boundary.
- Job Location: Kensington – Powai, Mumbai.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate / Undergraduate.
- Should not be from a technical background
- Should not be a full-time student and also should have cleared his last appeared exam.
- Should not be pursuing a full-time career exam (pilots/cabin crew. etc)
- Freshers can apply
- Experience in call centres for 1-2 years will be an advantage.
