Job Description :
- Hands-on experience on:
- RemedyForce ITSM, Active Directory, Exchange and Office 365
- Shared Folder, SCCM pushing apps and patches, Cisco, Citrix, VMware
- Experience with migrations and upgrades legacy systems.
- Microsoft Windows 7 / 8 /10
- Project and day to day operations experience
- Documentation, scope and implementation documents
- All System Administrator skills, including:
- Strong interpersonal and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to solve problems quickly and automate processes
- A solid understanding of an operating system
- Ability and desire to lead and the flexibility to also share the duties of the technical team
- Willingness to mentor, train, and share knowledge with peers
