Job Description:
- Executes on delivering testing solutions for routine projects.
- Supports QA Engineers/Sr. QA Engineers on more complex projects.
- Receives instruction, guidance and direction from others.
- Detects, highlights and tracks bugs.
- Performs activities according to quality criteria.
- Delivers testing solutions for a single product and/or participates in complex projects.
- Ability to work within an agile environment.
- Actively and collaboratively participates in meetings, processes, and agile ceremonies with cross-functional teams.
- Establishes and maintains ongoing relationships with key customers.
- Displays a growth mindset to understand the markets we serve, our products and our customers.
- Seeks to understand product strategy & objectives.
- Demonstrates curiosity and an excellent capacity for learning; can recover from setbacks.
Skills:
- Good understanding of QA software testing.
- Knowledge of any coding language such as C#, Java, and Python.
- Good knowledge of Software development cycles.
- Knowledge of any automation framework such as Selenium, Katalon, BDD, etc.
- Good analytical skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Quick learner, self-motivated, and a strong team player.
