Job Description:
- Gather and share insights on daily operations, features, and customer behaviors to aid the product team in uncovering, refining, and envisioning improvements
- Monitor key metrics and track product performance to measure the impact of new features
- Take charge of crafting and presenting reports that convey valuable product insights to stakeholders
- Assist the team in conducting A/B experiments
- Help the team execute and deliver high-quality features
Eligibility:
- 0-3 years of experience
- Undergraduate degree in an analytical or qualitative field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science)
- Graduated from a top-tier college
- Strong data, statistics, and analytical skills, with a solid understanding of SQL and Excel
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like QuickSight and Tableau, as well as analytics tools such as MixPanel, Google Analytics, etc.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, with a willingness to learn on the job and accomplish tasks efficiently
- Proficient in managing extensive datasets from various sources
- Proficiency in programming languages such as R & Python
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs
- Basic understanding of mobile and web technologies
