Job Description :
- Should be ready to work in a well-defined process and support our back-office operations
- Responsible for providing information to team on need basis about the deliverables
- Knowledge of converting the image details into text
- Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team; works within guidelines and policies
- Explains complex information to others in straightforward situations
- No supervisory responsibilities but provides informal guidance and support to other team members
- Has substantial understanding of the job and applies basic knowledge and skills to complete it Follows established procedures on routine work, requires instructions on new assignments
Skills :
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer and typing skills 30-40 words per minute (Alpha Numeric typing test with 95% accuracy)
- Positive thought process and posses high attention to detail
- Should be computer Savvy – internet browsing knowledge
- Smart and should focus on deliverables
- Should be a team player and ready to work under close supervision
