Job Description:
- Job Title: Associate Customer Support Voice
- Location: Hyderabad Hitech City
- Dress Code : Mandatory Complete formals only
- Interview Location : Hitech City Divya Sree Omega Budling Block C Hitech-city Hyderabad
- Working days after training: 5 days with 2 days rotational weekly off.
- Salary: 2.2 To 3.2 + Incentives
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally with strong communication skills
- Act as an advisor to customers, assisting with queries and providing resolutions
- Follow up and provide updates to customers within promised timelines
- Document all interactions accurately in CRM as per guidelines
- Capture relevant notes from customer conversations for future reference
- Provide timely Voice of Customer (VOC) insights to the team for product improvement
- Adhere to login and production hours:
Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Customer-centric approach with problem-solving ability
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred)
- Mandatory: English & Hindi (90% volume)
Shift Timings:
- Total: 9:00 Hours
- Shift Timings: 8:00 AM 8:00 PM {Rotational}
- Maintain punctuality and follow break schedules
- Male employees: Rotational day shifts
- Female employees: Rotational day shifts
