Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via voice and nonvoice channels with professionalism
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain call quality standards and adhere to compliance guidelines
- Document customer interactions and update records in the system
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth process delivery
Requirements:
- Undergraduates and Graduates are eligible
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Excellent communication skills required
- Immediate joiners preferred
