Job Description:
- We are seeking motivated and knowledgeable professionals to join our Healthcare Process team.
- This role involves patient interaction, appointment booking, and explaining healthcare packages with clarity and empathy.
- 5-day working with 2 split week offs
- Rotational shifts for male employees
- Day rotational shifts for female employees
- No cab facility provided
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls as per business requirements
- Book appointments for patients and explain healthcare packages in detail
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional communication standards
- Apply medical knowledge or process understanding to support patient queries
Skills:
- Minimum qualification: 10+2 or Graduation (any stream)
- Strong communication skills in English (mandatory)
- Knowledge of regional languages such as Telugu, Hindi, Odia, Bengali is preferred
- Good knowledge of medical terms or healthcare processes
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and adapt to business needs
- Prior experience in healthcare BPO or customer service preferred
