Job Description:
- Responsible for responding to customer requests, including but not limited to, answering calls via phone and providing after-hours on-call support for troubleshooting technical issues.
- Communication issues between paint dispensers and the PC- Color match machines in the Paint department are having calibration issues.
- PC losing network connectivity.- Issues within selling tools and software.
- Application support for all selling tools and color designing software.
Requirement:
- Any Graduate / Freshers / 6 to 1 year
- preferred Qualifications Btech
- Should have Excellent Communication Skills with Good Technical Knowledge
- Only Immediate joiners are preferred (Notice period not accepted)
- Work from Office/ Rotational Shift/off/ Both side Transportation Provided
