Job Description :
- We are hiring for International Voice Process – Technical Support
- Provide Support to the International Customers issues related to ISP(Internet Service Provider) through calls.
- Working Days: 5 Days working with a rotational week off.
- Shift Timings: Should be flexible to work in Rotational Shifts(Includes Night Off)
- 2 Ways Cab Facilities will be provided.
- Job location: Hi-tech, Hyderabad Location.
- Salary: ₹ 3,00,000 – 3,75,000 P.A.
Skills :
- Any Graduate / Under Graduate Can apply.
- Minimum of one year experience into any Voice Support (Customer Support).
- 6 Months of experience is applicable if you have technical support experience.
- Preferred International voice process Experience.
- Excellent Communication.
- Good in Customer Centricity.
