Job Description:
- Answer calls/emails/Chat professionally to provide information about products and services, take/cancel orders or obtain details of complaints.
- Keep records of customer interactions, details of inquiries, complaints and comments as well as actions taken.
- Process orders, forms and applications.
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
Eligibility:
- Should have very good convincing and selling skills.
- Should have Excellent English communication skills.
- Experience in Voice/Chat/e-mail process will be preferred
- Should be very confident and presentable.
- Fresher also welcome
- Energy levels should be high
Technical Requirements:
- Applicant must have a desktop/laptop.
- The processor must be i3 and above or AMD Ryzen 5
- Must have Windows 10 or Above
- Must have Anti-Virus
- Must have External web-Cam
- Must have Power Backup
- Must have an Internet connection with a 30MBPS Internet speed.
- Must have an additional smartphone (Optional)
Compensation & Benefits:
- Rs.1.79PLA to 2.19LPA + Incentives; will be decided based on qualification, experience and interview. ESIC, PF and gratuity, as per applicable law. Group Insurance, Cover.
