Job Description :
- Technical Support Engineer should have requisite knowledge to provide support for all models of iPhones
- Manage Tickets logged into helpdesk or centralized place. Engineer will share monthly ticket summary.
- Troubleshoot iPhone devices for software, hardware and application related issues.
- Configuration of MDM on all iPhone devices as per configuration guidelines.
- Resolve issues on iPhone by using software, settings and hardware replacement wherever applicable.
- Work reporting schedule of the Resident engineer will be as per standard working hours from Monday to Saturday.
- Engineer will provide 1st level support on applications. Company will provide basic troubleshooting guide and applications access wherever applicable to the engineer.
- In case of iPhone issues, damage or loss reported by users, the engineer will work with Apple or any third-party vendors and insurance company for the same till closer within the SLA.
