Job Description:
- Have an in-depth understanding of analogue and RF circuit design concepts and an ability to innovate and debug circuits.
- Should have done relevant coursework in device physics, MOS transistors, and RF/analogue circuit design like LNAs, Switches, PAs, mixers, op-amps, current mirrors, differential amplifiers, etc.
- Good understanding of concepts like DC operating point, frequency response, stability, noise, and nonlinearity (IIP3/IIP2, ACPR, OP1dB).
- & nbsp Working knowledge of ADS and Cadence Virtuoso suite – Schematic, Maestro, Layout, and Spectre/ADS simulations.
- Knowledge of Power Amplifiers, LNAs, and RF switches.
- Knowledge of EM simulation tools like ADS momentum, and EMX.
- Knowledge of lab measurements and instruments like VNA, Spectrum Analyzer, DCO, etc.
