Job Description:
- Partnering with business owners, finance teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to support decision-making in a dynamic business environment.
- Preparing and assisting in multi-year budgets, monthly forecasts, and headcount planning in the SAP BPC system.
- Conducting detailed research on cost center variances and identifying drivers causing these variances.
- Delivering month/quarter close activities and reporting.
- Using financial knowledge and business acumen to build financial models, interpret data, draw conclusions, and make actionable recommendations.
- Preparing and posting accruals, performing monthly reconciliations, and accounting re-class entries in SAP.
- Presenting key financial data to stakeholders to provide analytical insights for effective decision-making.
- Suggesting and implementing process improvements to achieve better results.
- Capital planning and depreciation forecasting, including building financial models for capex planning.
- Preparing MIS reports and publishing various dashboards for stakeholders.
- Supporting ad-hoc business reporting requirements.
- Participating in corporate-driven projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Professional qualification (CA/CMA/CPA).
- 1-2 years of experience in FP&A, MIS, or analytics, preferably in a high-tech company.
- Experience with BPC forecasting tool, SAP BPC, and SAP BW.
- Advanced skills in Excel (data models, advanced functions) and proficiency in PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau, and Python.
- Sound analytical skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
