Job Description:
- Coordinate and execute day-to-day financial transactions, including invoices, purchase orders, and petty cash expenses.
- prepare accurate and timely financial reports when required.
- Create organized records and files to assist in tax preparation.
- Managing Payments and receipts and maintaining Bank reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with financial and regulatory requirements and maintain proper documentation.
- Handling Employee claims as per company norms.
- Managing general accounting functions, including journal entries, month end accruals and ledger maintenance.
- Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality and integrity.
- Handling records of monthly payroll and administrative tasks.
