📝 Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced Java Developer to join our team in Noida.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications, and will demonstrate adaptability and the ability to seamlessly context-switch between multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java applications.
- Collaborate with architects, product managers and other developers to deliver robust solutions, and with cross-functional teams, including finance stakeholders and product experts, to deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure coding best practices.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Skills:
- 1-5 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
- Expertise in Java17+, Spring Framework 6, Hibernate, RESTful APIs, and related technologies.
- Experience with cloud-native development, including cloud platforms (AWS), containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices.
- Proven track record of delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- Financial knowledge and familiarity with finance-jargons, or prior experience working with financial data, analytics, or industry-specific applications is a plus.
- Familiarity and/or enthusiasm with Data Science / Machine Learning is a plus
- Good communication skills, able to articulate challenges, blockers, and queries to stakeholders.
- Demonstrable experience in scoped application development.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multi-national teams,
