Job Description:
- Functional Responsibility / Domain Related
- Basic Financial data gathering, data enrichment and data maintenance through client or in-house databases
- Extract the required data set from input/source document into the required output template
- Use tools and systems to ensure timely delivery
- Upload / remove reports as required on client or in-house databases
- Maintain the integrity and quality of data
- Execute assigned tasks as per the instructions/guidelines and meet required TAT
- Ensure adherence to / compliance with performance tracking mechanisms, policies/procedures of the organization
- Explore opportunities and provide ideas to improve the current processes
Eligibility:
- Commerce Graduate/ PGDM/MBA/M. Com/MFM
- Streams Eligible – Any Stream with Finance as Major or Minor subject
- Computer literacy – MS Office applications, Macros will be an added advantage
- A Positive attitude, strong interest in research, flair for writing and an eye for detail
- Ability to interact with many levels and to face and deal with issues in a mature and professional manner
- 0-3 years of experience
Skills:
- Strong finance or accounting specialization
- Effective communication skills (written & Verbal) and sound computer skills are the prerequisites for the positions
- The candidate should be willing to work rotational night shifts. Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment, while following flexible schedules to meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and persistent approach to work
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and interpretive skills
