Job Description:
- The candidate’s core responsibility would be to generate Bill of Materials (BOM) for the Design Engineering Service Line – Automation and Fire
- Handle the creation and maintenance of accurate BOM for Design Engineering Service Line
- Update BOM with accurate information about materials – both Siemens and third party
- Collaboration with Operational team and Interact with different stake holders.
- Utilize the Smart Infrastructure Parts to gather common materials or pricing.
- Associate quotes to line items in SAP
- Insert and update any Sourcing Approval Forms (SAF) created by the Design Engineer
- Collaborate with TL’s for any prioritization of BOM request
- Create re estimates for the Design Engineer
- Automation Tasks – Run DT to SAP BOM transfer, insert any missing/third-party materials
- Fire Tasks – Enter material in SAP per the fire deviation report and final as designed, insert any missing/third-party materials, adjust the as sold
Requirements:
- 0-2 years of experience
- Graduation in any discipline
- Diversity Candidates Preferred
- SAP know how
