Job Description:
- Software application development experience in a high-level language like C/C++, Java, Fortran
- Added experience in one of the following: Oracle, PL/SQL, Perl and Python
- Experience in modeling and solving EnergyMarket Clearing Optimization Problems
- Experience in Unit Commitment, AutomaticGeneration Control, Economic Dispatch
- We are looking for Electrical Power Systems engineers with master s degrees or PhD, with an interest and ability in software engineering.
Eligibility:
- 2-4 years of Experience in either or a combination of the following functional areas:
- Experience in Network Applications such as power Flow Analysis, Security Analysis, State Estimator etc
- Experience in modelling and solving FinancialTransmission Rights (FTR), Congestion Revenue Rights (CRR) or bidding strategies.
- Experience in doing market analysis and study using Monte Carlo Simulation and any other established simulation techniques.
