Job Description:
- Responsible for carrying out documentation activities as directed by a team member.
- Be aligned with the core values of Siemens Energy.
- Work with CFT to ensure Doc is on track to meet due dates
- Perform basic Checks on documents received from suppliers and convey all technical queries to the checking /engineering team.
- Interact with action owners to Identify roadblocks for late documents and report the comments to the Team Leader
- Expedite with suppliers to get dedication dates and report in the Interface tool, Log communication with suppliers to allow escalation with SCM.
- Review daily the interface tool and ensure that fields are well populated by Discipline (to be done by each supervisor at project start)
- Be intact with stakeholder’s turn around time requirement
- Report to the Team Leader for all missing or inconsistent information; late docs and identified reasons
- Keep track of all documents counted daily.
- Maintain a record of How many documents were expedited for service and New projects
- Formalize a weekly Doc status report on each job
- Provide the framework for KPIs OTD and no. of docs. expedited/received
- Follow the timeline for the Project (OTD-100%).
