- Job Title: Associate Technical Support Engineer
- Team: Technical Support Engineering
- We are looking for an associate technical support engineer, with a proven record of accomplishment in technical field to join our Support Success Organization.
- You will be responsible for ensuring our customers’ success and satisfaction with
our products and contributing to their long-term loyalty. - Respond to customer-submitted support cases and help diagnose technical issues
- Troubleshoot product bugs, configuration problems, and integration failures
- Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate and resolve complex cases
- Document solutions and contribute to internal knowledge bases and help articles
- Reproduce issues in test environments and write clear bug reports for Engineering
Skills:
- B.E., BTech, MCA degree or equivalent technical experience
- 0-2 years of industry experience in supporting mission-critical software
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent in effectively communicating technical challenges and proposing solutions.
