Responsibilities:
- Work as part of IT service desk with good Computer knowledge.
- Basic knowledge of troubleshooting Windows devices.

- Knowledge on E-mail, Ms Office Application, Browsers.
- Ensure stable and well-performing system environment.
- Apply professional competencies to administer and optimise the assigned system environment.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s Engineering degree in any domain willing to work in IT Support domain.(BE / BTech in IT/CS /EC)
- Willing to work in 24/7 rotational shift (on-site)
- Strong passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow in the IT support field.
- Focused attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
