π Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Learn our platform, Recruit CRM and understand the recruitment
business. - Handle client queries via chat, email and video calls to gain experience.
- Understand and convey customer needs to the team.
- Solve user challenges, providing solutions or workarounds.
- Uphold communication guidelines and procedures.
- Build and nurture client relationships.
- Continuously strive for exceptional service delivery.
Traineeship Details:
- Traineeship Program: 6 months; 8.5 hours per day, payment of INR 20,000 per month.
- Full-Time Opportunity: Based on your performance during the training program, you may be offered a full-time position as Customer Success Associate with a CTC of INR 8,00,000 (INR 6,00,000 base salary + INR 2,00,000 yearly performance pay- paid out quarterly)
- During training you will be evaluated on: Application knowledge, Communication, Learning attitude, Problem solving, Consistency/Commitment, and Integrity.
- During the initial 6-month training period you’ll be working in the primary Europe shift (12:00 pm – 10:00 pm IST, youβll transition to one of our five core work shifts as a full-time employee as per requirement and availability
- Europe – 12:00 pm – 10:00 pm IST Monday – Friday
- Asia Pacific – 6:00 am – 4:00 pm IST Monday – Friday
- Half North America – 4:00 pm – 2:00 am IST Monday – Friday
- Full North America – 8:00 pm – 6:00 am IST Monday – Friday
- Middle East – Can choose from 4 options (4 days or 5 days a week)
